but like the light that follows it.
Soft. Certain.
Not demanding my attention —
commanding my surrender.
I rise, but I do not leave the night behind.
I carry it with me —
because it led me to you.
Every glow on my skin is your whisper.
Every shimmer in my eye is your name,
painted in silence.
I have known many mornings…
but this one never ends.
Because now,
I wake only to you.
