Where thoughts become colors
and longing becomes brushstrokes.
Eyes heavy with memory,
arms folded into yesterday,
as if she’s waiting for a heartbeat
that only one soul can match.
Between the folds of shadow and satin,
she speaks without sound —
a language of love,
painted for the one who once held her
and still does,
in every corner of her heart.
This is not sorrow.
This is devotion paused.
This is the eternal moment
when she whispered,
“I’m thinking of you…”
and the canvas listened.
